Through IAM/Boeing Joint Programs, this unique labor-management partnership provides training and services to eligible active and laid-off Boeing employees helping them prepare for the challenges of our industry's ever-changing work environment.

The IAM/Boeing Health and Safety Institute (HSI) represents a unique partnership between the union and the company, working together to address health and safety concerns. Cooperation and teamwork are what the Institute is all about. More>
