ERT System
The IAM/Boeing Quality Through Training Program (QTTP) has partnered with the Union, Company Offices Workforce, and Learning, Education and Development to create an hourly Employee Requested Transfer (ERT) process that helps IAM-represented workers match their skills with hourly jobs requiring those skills. Auto ERT Now Part of the Hourly Employee Requested Transfer Process
Since employees who have previously worked in these jobs have already shown that they are qualified, an Auto-ERT can be submitted without having to meet the training requirements.
