IAM/Boeing Joint Programs (JP), a group within The Boeing Company (TBC), has created this privacy policy so you will understand when and how personal information is collected, used, disclosed and protected with respect to our web site at http://www.iam-boeing.com (collectively, the "JP Site").

Personal and Aggregate Information
We collect user-provided form information from the JP Site. This submitted information is directly associated with the specific person, such as the first and last name, their home address, home telephone number, and e-mail address, and other similar information that they voluntarily provide in order to participate in the Educational Assistance program. Our definition of personal information does not include information that has been rendered anonymous in such a way that the data subject is no longer identifiable. We call this "aggregate" information. Examples are anonymous demographic information such as country of residence, ZIP code, gender, privacy preferences and survey information.

We collect information you give us, information we receive when you interact with us, and information used to verify your submitted information within TBC. These different types of information are described below, along with examples of how we use, disclose and protect this information. You should refer to the rest of this Policy for additional descriptions and examples of how we use, disclose and protect this information: Information You Give Us: We collect information you give us when you enter information when applying for the Education Assistance program on the JP Site. Examples include:

• When you apply for the Education Assistance program, the form you fill out prior to submission, includes first and last name, e-mail address, home addresses, home phone numbers. The submitted information also includes your contact preferences and the educational institution specific information that you want to provide. Additional uses of this information are described below in the Section entitled "How We Use Your Personal Information."

• Automatically Collected Information: We do not collect any information about you other than what is submitted by you to us directly.

Information from Other Sources:
We do not obtain information about you from any outside sources.

Information About Children.
None

Use of "Cookies"
No cookies are used by JP to track user activities.

Use of Web Beacons.
No Web beacons are used by JP to track user activities or identities.

How We Use Your Information.
In general, we use your submitted information internally to process school enrollments you have requested, and to comply with applicable laws. Specific uses for certain types of information are described above in the Section entitled "Types of Information We Collect." You should review the following section to further understand how we use your information and when we disclose it to third parties.

When We Disclose Information to Third Parties.
There is no disclosure of information other than that specifically requested by user when submitting Education Assistance form requests.

Transaction Processing.
We do not disclose personal information to third parties.

Third-party Sites
Please be aware that we provide links to third-party Web sites from the JP Site as a service to our guests and we are not responsible for the content or information collection practices of those sites. For example, if you take advantage of services or products offered on one of these Web sites, the information you submit will be subject to its privacy policy, not this one. The privacy policies of third-party Web sites will differ from those of JP or The Boeing Company. Therefore, we encourage you to review and understand their privacy policies before providing them with information.

Network and Information Security
We use industry accepted tools and techniques to protect against unauthorized access to our systems. You should be aware that JP has no control over the security of other sites on the Internet you might visit, interact with, or from which you buy products or services

Updating This Policy
We will revise and update this Policy if our practices change, as technology changes, or as we add new services or change existing ones. If we make any material changes to this Policy, we will post an "update" notice to the JP Site and change the date of the Policy.
