Initial Appointment
If you are enrolling for the very first time in a Portland self-paced course,
you must first contact Skip Paynter,
Career Advisor, to set up an advising/orientation session. This
initial appointment is designed to introduce you to the new ERT process and
help you identify job goals and a training plan.
Course Enrollment
To enroll in Portland self-paced courses, you will first apply for and
utilize Education Assistance funds through QTTP.*
You will need to refer to the "Self-Paced Courses Worksheet" (provided
to you at your initial appointment) to complete the on-line
Education Assistance Application.

Education Assistance Application
Tuition Voucher
After the application is approved,* EA will mail a
tuition voucher directly to your home address, typically within two
weeks. You will need to drop the voucher off in person at the QTTP office
or mail to Cindy Moore, QTTP Program
Assistant.
Course Materials
Once you have applied for EA funds for a self-paced course, you will request course
materials by contacting Cindy
Moore. Please allow 2-3 days for material preparation.
* If you are an active Boeing employee, these courses
will be automatically approved.
