2007 proved to be a success-filled year for IAM/Boeing Joint Programs Vocational Solutions group. In a collaborative effort with IAM/Boeing Joint Programs Quality Through Training Program, numerous employees who suffer from debilitating injuries were able to return to work at more physically suitable positions. Vocational Solutions strives to help promote the safe return of injured workers to productive employment to reduce losses in time, money, and production. Vocational Solutions can also help individuals and organizations determine more ergonomically safe methods and equipment required to do physically challenging work on the shop floor.
