Vocational Solutions (VS)

Mission Statement:

"Work with Disability Management to assist Boeing employees to enter employment, remain at work, or return to work by providing accommodation services. Return injured/ill workers to safe and productive employment as soon as possible."

Under the management of the IAM/Boeing Joint Programs Vocational Solutions organization, the Corporation for Re-Employment and Safety Training (IAM C.R.E.S.T.) Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors (VRC) provide vocational services for Boeing employees.

IAM C.R.E.S.T. is a neutral non-profit organization affiliated with the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAMAW). It is designed to assist ill or injured employees to remain at work or to return to work.
