Career Advisors provide information on which schools are covered by the Education Assistance program, assist with developing college training plans, evaluate required training for jobs in the Employee Requested Transfer Program (ERT) process, and help locate and register for training with The Boeing Company.  IAM employees have access to a Career and Education Resource Library located at the QTTP Everett office at 7710 Evergreen Way. Books, videos and magazines on career and personal development topics as well as English, math and ASL skills are available for use in the library or on loan. Catalogs and class schedules of community and technical colleges and local private schools are on hand to help guide members to their programs of interest.
