IAM C.R.E.S.T. vocational rehabilitation counselors (VRC) are deployed at sites throughout the Puget Sound region, Wichita, and Portland. They are nationally certified, experienced professionals registered with the state's Workers Compensation insurance provider.
Assist and coordinate with the employee, management and other organizations when the employee is returning to work
Translate medical recommendations as they relate to work tasks
Assist management in researching reassignments to meet temporary or permanent restrictions of the employee
These services are also available to applicants in the Pre-Employment process.
